This program breaks away from traditional aid models. We are no longer mere service providers, but catalysts. The Laboratory is a collaborative space where parents become the experts and designers of sustainable solutions for their own community.

2. Operational Pillars

  • Peer Mentorship: Connecting experienced families with newcomers to transfer practical knowledge on navigating social services.
  • Co-design Space: Active meetings to identify structural bottlenecks in the neighborhood and co-develop solutions with local institutions.
  • Citizen Action Network: Creating a horizontal structure where resources are shared, fostering community self-management.

3. Concrete Impact Examples

Sarah (Single Parent): Through mentorship, she moves from administrative isolation to total autonomy, guided by a mentor mom.
Marc (Newcomer): He identifies a shared need with other parents and collectively negotiates with the school for a homework help slot, transforming the service offering for the whole neighborhood.
